We start with your needs — demographics of clients you are seeking, zip codes and area you want to target, number of pieces you want in the mail, and attendance goals. From there we focus on the mail piece – reviewing what your seminar is about and what message you want to convey. The layout and text should get attention and motivate the recipient to positively respond. Dates and times are important — Tuesdays through Thursdays work best, with a meeting over lunch. If two dates are offered, having them spread over two weeks can solve the problem of someone not being able to attend during a specific week. Mailing on time is crucial to a successful mailing. We work with you on how far in advance you should mail, and then follow up with our mail shop to meet those dates.

After the preparation and planning leading up to and including the mailing, the importance of having someone answer the phone to take a reservation cannot be over emphasized. Our answering service is nationally ranked in the top 5 for customer service, response, and reliability. We provide you with the name, phone number, and number of attendees for your seminar. The answering service then follows up with the participants 24 hours prior to the event.
